HR Recruiter - Job Description
Experience: 2+ years
Responsibility
– Recruiting candidates as per the requirement.
– Sourcing and attracting candidates by using social media, job portals, cold call, emails, etc.
– Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
– Screening resumes and interviewing.
– Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
– Scheduling interviews using Google Meet, Zoom, and other Online Platforms.
– Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
– Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
– Create regular reports and presentations on HR Activities.
Required Skills
– Experience in Recruitment in an IT Company.
– Experience with sourcing techniques.
– Handle End to the End recruitment process
– Excellent communication skills.
– Negotiation and conveying skills as needed.
– Drafting and posting job descriptions.
– Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
– Good interpersonal skills.
